Select a service, describe your issue, and pay the diagnostic fee.
Step 2
Print the PDF we send you via email, put it in a package with your device, and ship it to the provided address.
Step 3
We diagnose and work on your device! Pricing will be communicated with you at this point. Wait time is currently 10 days.
Step 4
You pay us after the device is fixed. We will ship your device back to you once payment is complete.
